Notes when using biochemical testing machine

1. When turned on and off:

2. When getting tested:

- New chemicals should be removed from the cabinet should be left for 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature.
- For tests using endpoint method (ENDPOINT), it should incubate enough time and at the right temperature.
- Avoid wiping the conical end, the suction head of the machine and the test tube with a dirty cotton or cloth. Because of this, it is easy to miss cotton and foreign objects that can clog in the measuring chamber and pump line leading to inaccurate test results.

- If the machine has a slow suction phenomenon, abnormal test results may be due to the following reasons:

+ How to suck and mix chemicals and specimens that are not right
+ How to preserve and use chemicals is not good
+ There have been changes in the installation or the chamber, the pump cable is blocked or for some other reason

- When encountering a slow suction machine, it must be washed, washed with distilled water or diluted javen 10 times. The butterfly needle can then be threaded into the pump head and a 10ml cylinder with a strong pump of distilled water to push the object. If slow suction continues, call an engineer.

3. How to preserve the machine:

- Every day, even if you do not perform the test, you should turn on the device for 30 minutes to prevent the device from getting wet or moldy.
